Hot Door, Inc. ("Hot Door") Transparency End User License Agreement
for Mac OS

By installing this software, you accept all the terms and conditions of
this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, delete the enclosed
software. This enclosure contains Software and Documentation. Hot Door
grants you a nonexclusive license to use the Software and Documentation,
provided you agree to the following:
1. Grant of License: Hot Door grants to you the right to install the
Software in a single location on a storage device of up to the permitted
number of computers indicated above. If the Software is intended for
network use, Hot Door grants you the right to install and use the
Software on a single file server for use on a single local area network
for either 1) permanent installation on a storage device of up to the
permitted number of computers OR 2) use of the Software over this network
if the number of computers on which the Software is used does not exceed
the permitted number of computers.
2. Prohibited Uses: The software is owned by Hot Door or its suppliers
and is protected by United States copyright laws and the international
treaty provisions. You must agree to treat the Software like any other
copyrighted material, such as a book or recording, with the exception
that you may make one backup copy of the Software, provided that your
backup copy is not installed or used on any computer. This copy must
contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on
or in the Software. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, create derivative works, or otherwise attempt to discover
the source code of the Software. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or
lease the Software or Documentation. However, you may transfer the
Software and accompanying written materials on a permanent basis
provided that you retain no copies and that the recipient agrees to the
terms of this Agreement. You agree that the Software is subject to
restrictions and controls imposed by the United States Export
Administration Act and regulations thereunder. You agree and certify
that neither the Software nor any direct product thereof is being or
will be acquired, shipped, transferred or re-exported, directly or
indirectly, into any country prohibited by the Act and the regulations
thereunder.
3. Limited Warranty & Liability: Hot Door warrants that, upon delivery
by Hot Door, the media on which the Software program is distributed will
be free from defects in materials and the Software will perform in
accordance with the Documentation by Hot Door. To make a warranty
claim, return the Software to the place of purchase along with a copy of
your paid invoice within 90 days of the date you received the software
or within the period stated by the return policy of the supplier,
whichever is sooner. If the Software fails to comply with the warranties
set forth above, Hot Door will replace the media or refund the license
fee you paid for the software. HOT DOOR DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT
THAT THE SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM ALL BUGS, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS. HOT DOOR
MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK
AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED BY YOU.
HOT DOOR OR ITS SUPPLIERS WILL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST DATA, LOST
PROFITS, OR LOST SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF A HOT DOOR REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above exclusions
may not apply to you.
4. Government Licensee: Hot Door Software and Documentation are provided
with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, disclosure and duplication are subject to
Federal Acquisition Regulations, 52.227-7013 (c) (1) (ii).
5. General: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State
of California excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules.
